About Hoopyard

Hoopyard is a free pixel basketball game that runs in your browser, with nothing to download. It has an isometric street-court look, and it works on phones, tablets and computers.

Play Street (2 on 2 on a half court, first to 11), Regular (3 on 3 on a full court with a 24 second shot clock, fouls and free throws), No Rules (3 on 3 where you can shove people and grab power-ups), a 60 second 3-Point Contest, or a 1 on 1 duel against a friend. Switch to multiplayer, create a room, share the four letter code, and the CPU fills any empty spots.

Win games to earn coins, then spend them in the shop on hair, headbands, kicks, jersey trims and basketballs, or try your luck on the arcade capsule machine. Create an optional account to keep your coins and items on any device. You can change the keyboard controls, sound and touch layout in Settings.

Questions

Is Hoopyard free?
Yes. You can play every game mode for free in your browser.
Do I need an account?
No. You can play as a guest. An account only saves your coins, items and stats so you can use them on other devices.
Can I play with friends?
Yes. Open the multiplayer tab, create a room and send your friends the code. Up to six people can play at once.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Touch controls appear automatically, with a floating stick and large buttons you can resize or move to the left-handed side.

Release the shot button when the meter hits the green band for the best chance. Multiplayer: create a room, share the code, and the host picks the game. Empty spots are filled by the CPU.
